All new products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. TechNexus Pro adds an optional extended warranty for up to 3 years on most hardware.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours. Complex motherboard-level repairs may take 3–5 business days. We always provide an estimated turnaround with your free diagnostic.

Do you offer shipping or only in-store pickup?

We offer nationwide shipping on all products, with free shipping on orders over $99. In-store pickup is available at our Silicon District location during business hours.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (within select areas). For businesses, we also offer net-30 invoicing.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened but undamaged items are eligible for exchange within 7 days. Custom builds are non-refundable but covered by warranty.
