These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and partners regardless of location. By placing an order, booking a service, or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

TechNexus Pro sells computer hardware, peripherals, accessories, and related software through our online store and physical showroom. We also offer professional services including device diagnostics, repairs, custom builds, and on-site IT consultation.

• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• All services are performed by certified technicians using genuine parts where required.
• Custom builds and bespoke configurations are quoted individually and may require a deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse any service request that is unsafe, illegal, or violates a manufacturer's warranty.

All prices listed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay online.
• In-store purchases may also be paid by cash, debit, or certified check.
• Custom builds and services exceeding $500 may require a 30% deposit.
• Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Orders placed before 2 PM local time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

• Standard shipping within the contiguous US takes 3–7 business days.
• Express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• International shipping is currently limited to selected regions; contact us for a quote.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

We offer a 14-day return window on most products in their original, unopened, and saleable condition. Detailed return procedures and refund timelines are explained in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Service fees for completed repairs are non-refundable once work has been carried out. If we are unable to fix your device under our No-Fix No-Fee policy, you will not be charged for the repair itself.

Products sold by TechNexus Pro are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless an extended TechNexus warranty is purchased separately. Service and repair work carried out by our technicians is backed by a 90-day workmanship guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNexus Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
• We are not responsible for data loss; customers are advised to back up data before submitting devices for service.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.

All content on this website — including logos, product photography, marketing copy, blog articles, and the TechNexus Pro name — is the property of TechNexus Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without our written consent.
• Trademarks and brand logos displayed remain the property of their respective owners.
